Any grad programs in Economics similar to UMass?

Hello, I was wondering if you know of other heterodox PhD programs in the field of Economics (i.e. not following, or at least going beyond, the neo-liberal agenda) besides the one at UMass.

Ideally, I am looking for a program that would enable me to incorporate my philosophical work (I am a Philosophy/Economics dual major with a strong interest in social democracy, gender philosophy and post-crisis economic alternatives to capitalism) into my economic research...

Based on what I've seen and heard about UMass, I'm really starting to like its approach to the study of economics. I just wanted to have a backup plan...
