Any ideas of a school club I create?

I'm a rising sophomore, and sadly I don't have many ECs :(. I was part of a volunteering club last year (which is a club founded by the school, not the students), and I'll be a leader of it this coming year. I'm planning on joining my school's French National Honor Society and Model UN (even though I don't really enjoy world affairs). I'm also expecting to join National Honor Society in my junior year (my brother is somewhat of a dolt and got in, so I'm assuming it's pretty easy to get accepted).

I actually do enjoy community service and art (just a little bit). Any ideas?

*** Sorry, I meant to type "... I can create" for the title

How about erotic illustration club? You could incorporate community service by holding art shows at retirement homes.

What’s the model UN like? I mean, what do you do? I want to start one at my school.
You can start a quidditch league! a gay straight alliance. a vegetarian society.
well, at least that’s what I did.

In Model UN, you basically just discuss world affairs, write papers on countries, go to conferences, etc.

Here’s its wiki: [Model United Nations - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia](Model United Nations - Wikipedia)

I also want a club with some substance. There’s a pb & j club at my school. They make pb & j sandwiches. I still can’t believe it.

That sounds awesome. Bit late to start that one now that I’ll be a senior though. : /

You could start an
Environmental Club. I joined this club in 9th grade and I love it! At my school, the club is responsible for collecting the recycling from the classrooms each week. We also do environment-related community service projects, like cleaning up a local stream.

Thanks guys
bump

How about a Career Exploration club? You could invite professionals from the community to come talk to the members about their careers. Perhaps arrange job shadow days.

A variation on this could be forming a “Future [insert your career aspiration here] Club.”
