Next year we will now have 2 in college. #1 didn't receive any aid first 2 years, but we are hoping that next year will be different. College is private, meets full-need. Each child's EFC should be somewhere around $24000 and the COA is $48000. Any experience with how aid COULD look? I would really appreciate any feedback from experienced folks..Thanks!!

FAFSA is unlikely to tell you anything as this is likely a Profile school. Unless your income changed significantly, your family contribution will be about the same, but your COA has doubled (2 kids). I would expect aid to make up the difference. Of course need based aid at some schools consists of loans and not grants. No prediction there without knowing the school. If COA = EFC, then you won't get need based aid. Use a Profile calculator. Princeton's website has one.

Be aware that the standard treatment of two children is 60% of EFC for each, even at full need schools.
