<p>The DU web site does not appear to give any real information on merit scholarships. I'm wondering if anyone can tell me how much money an applicant could expect to get with a 27 ACT and GPA of 3.8 unweighted and 4.0 weighted from a competitive public high school?</p>
<p>My D received 10k with her acceptance back in November,similar ACT, a tad lower GPA</p>
<p>My D rec’d 12K with her acceptance, but this amount included her Sage scholarship. She had a similar ACT and a slightly lower GPA.</p>
<p>I wonder if you can appeal for better financial aid? Is there any chance of Duquesne improving their original offer?</p>
<p>I got 7K with a 3.3 unweighted GPA and a 1290 SAT which roughly translates to a 28 ACT score.</p>
<p>i got $15k with a not so good SAT score. I have all IB classes with a 4.01 GPA. I think my essay had something to do with it too.</p>
