<p>Chris, I’m at Berkeley and there are definitely international transfer students here. In fact, I just read an article that Cal admitted more international transfers student this past semester than ever before! How these students finance their education, I cannot say, although I think a good number of them are getting significant support from their parents. </p>

<p>Do international students that attend a CCC have as much of a chance to transfer to UCs as California-resident community college students or do Cali residents have priority over them?</p>
