Does anyone here watch Jeapordy? I pretty much got addicted with the Ken Jennings streak (I'm sad that he's gone :() But last night, the winner was a Dartmouth grad! Alex Trebek asked him a question and he said that he went to the same college as Dr. Seuss. I was rooting for him the whole time after that and he won!

Oh, darn. I'm the hugest jeopardy fan. I didn't like Ken Jennings one bit, but I started watching it whenver possible before he was on there. I didn't get to see it last night, I wish I could have. He'll be on Monday, though, since he won.

They've asked a handful of questions about Dartmouth in the last year. Some relating to Daniel Webster, others just in general, and one was even about Eleazar Wheelock.

I don't know how many college tournaments have been on since you started watching, Viewer, but have you ever noticed how there's never really a Dartmouth student on them? It's suspicious.

didn't daniel webster go to yale?

the night ken lost, the third player was david hankins '05. he is on the college bowl team here, we gathered to watch it in a classroom on a big screen.

Oh really he was from Dartmouth too? That's cool. I remember wondering what college went to when they introduced him as a college student. Dartmouth was really represented this past week then.

"didn't daniel webster go to yale?"

Maybe for graduate or undergraduate, but he definitely went to Dartmouth for one or the other.

Daniel Webster was Dartmouth Class of 1801 (undergrad).
