<p>Morgan Stanley private wealth management/stock brokers definitely hire tons of high schoolers for cold calling. call up a local branch tell them your are interested. it's not very tough.</p>

<p>I actually know of one that was an intern there (ibanking). However, he had connections. Typically you are never going to be able to get anything by calling the HR/recruiting department. You need to have a contact within a particular department who can then get you in easily. That was the case for me at a trading firm and my friend (who got his friends) at a BB as well.</p>
