<p>My son hasn't received any communication from LMU/LA since the "We know your name isn't Jorge" email.</p>
<p>I know from CC that many applicants have been accepted, and some have heard they are deferred.</p>
<p>Are there more EA applicants out there who haven't heard ANYTHING yet?</p>
<p>First day of classes tomorrow, might be crazy, but I would call to make sure there isn’t something missing.</p>
<p>I saw somewhere on here that one student’s RD application was put into the EA group by mistake. I wonder if yours might have gone the other way and been filed under RD? Maybe you could have your S call or email just to check.</p>
<p>Yeah, he sent an email yesterday to the admissions office, when we realized the RD application deadline was coming up, and he really should have heard by now. I double-checked to make sure he had, in fact, checked the EA box on the Common App, and he did. If he doesn’t get an email reply in a few days, I’ll have him call, too. </p>
<p>It’s quite possible a very thin letter got misplaced in the holiday mail…from the stats in this Forum, I’m guessing his best chance is a deferral. But it would be nice to know they haven’t lost his application.</p>
<p>They may have lost his letter or something. I still haven’t gotten my official acceptance letter; I only know that I got in because they also sent me a scholarship letter and I received that.</p>
