Any other schools that I should consider?

I am really looking for a liberal school that has a small to medium sized campus, a unique student body, and an artsy vibe. Some schools already on my radar are…

Brown - ED
Yale
Tufts
Vassar
Wesleyan
Amherst College
Skidmore
(Northeast Region preferred)

Stats:
GPA - 4.0 UW, 4.5709 W
Class rank - 1 out of 315
SATs - 1470/1600 (690 English, 780 Math) will be retaking this in August as this is only one sitting!
SAT IIs - 710 Chem, 780 Math II

Although finances could be a potential issue, I don’t want that to play a factor in which schools I APPLY to, and my parents agree with this ideology!

Intended Majors: Neuroscience and Music - General (History/Composition/Theory w/ performance opportunities)

Do any of these schools not fit my description/are there any other schools you’d recommend me looking into?

Amherst doesn’t strike me as particularly artsy. You might want to check out Oberlin, Reed, Bard, Northwestern.

So you’re OK applying and potentially being accepted to a school you can’t afford? Or is it possible your parents could come up with the $70k+/year for some of these schools? College apps take time, especially when you have a lot of them to do. And senior year is incredibly busy, probably more so than you expect. Is it really worth taking the time to putt together a stellar app for financial impossibilities? Strongly suggest you run NPC’s and use those results to whittle the list up front.
