<p>no, I don't think that's true at all. I think they might send early invitations to people who they really want (like many other schools) but there are many more that find out around April 1st in an actual package. My friend last year found out like that.</p>

<p>everyone i know whose applied to stern RD at my school has received an invitation except me. very very bad sign lol.</p>

<p>i JUST got in via university day reception. i found out 2 minutes ago literally. i called my mom and i was like crying cuz i was so excited and seriously thought since i didn't get the gsp thing, i'd be rejected for sure. i live in michigan for those that care, hench my user name lol.</p>

<p>crazy88 - I got the same thing! We're not Stern Scholars, unfortunately, because they heard earlier, their letter actually SAID Stern Scholars, and they're meeting the first week of April.
But we're still special because we got notified early too! :D
