Any piece of advice for me...?

Hi guys. I'm an international student (HS junior) whose dream college is Dartmouth! I'm not sure if I have even the slightest chance, and if I do, I'd like to appreciate any kind of advice to make my chance solid!!

My stats--
SAT reasoning: 2230(cr:750, math:740, writing:740)
it was my first shot, and I'll take it again to pull it up to 2300+

SAT2-- Math2: 800, World History: 740, French: 720
This year i'm going to take French again.

GPA: 4.0(unweighted)
I don't have weighted gpa because all the courses are mandatory. And school doesn't rank.

AP exams: 5(World history, micro&macro economics, Calculus BC, Music theory, Statistics)
4(English lit, US history)

ECs--
played piano for 10+ years, flute for 7 years.
section leader&first chair flute for two orchestras(school, local)
I might play flute concertino at an orchestra performance this year.
temporary conductor of local youth orchestra

captain of school lacrosse team(we don't have varsity, jv, etc. just one team)
received three outstanding player's award in national high school league&tournament(given to the best player of the team)

editor-in-chief of a human rights magazine(we deal with national, international human rights and social issues)

I'm a member of MUN club, and I've been participating in several big conferences including Yale MUN.
No significant achievement though.

Volunteer work:
mentor&tutor of kids from low-income families (2 hours/week, for 3 years)
occasionally visits hospital(cancer center) for ensemble performance.

I don't have particular summer activities.

I plan to major in social science area( pol sci, IR, etc)

I'm an Asian, and our school is one of the most renowned in the nation. There are on average 3 students who go to Dartmouth every year.

Please chance me and/or tell me what I should work on!! I'd really appreciate it!

anyone…?? please…?

Keep up the good work and write an awesome essay!! & BOOM you should be in!! :)

Yet, you can never ever predict Ivy admissions 100%!!

I think that you have very good chances, are you applying for aid? That could affect your admission.

^ Nah aid won’t affect you one bit. Dartmouth is NEED BLIND IN ADMISSIONS!! :)

Even for international students?

Ya Dartmouth is need blind to internationals, which makes it even more attractive!

I heard that you need sth special to get into Dartmouth, since everyone’s scores are great… What area shall I work on?

Essays for you will be critical. That can be something special if you do it right. Your academics definitely make you admittable.

I suggest you find a few of these accepted students and ask them what they had or did. College admissions is not a once-size-fits-all type process; your application could be stellar for one particular region/school, but mediocre for another. Admissions officers are assigned regions for a purpose - they need context to understand that what would ordinarily be considered mediocre ECs in one school is actually quite stellar in another given its death of resources.

We can all look at your SATs and say they’re fine - but I’m sure even you knew that. Everything else - ECs or essays - is either entirely subjective or entirely connotative with regards to your school.
