Any schools not look at your application after 60 credits?

Hey everyone.

I'm trying to assemble a list of schools that automatically do not review your application after you have accumulated 60 credits.

I am also trying to find out if dual-credit and other types of credits are factored into this auto-deny count.

Please try to back up your answers with links whenever possible.

My situation is that I will have perhaps 140 credits upon transferring, but only 63 will be transferable. I'm trying to see how I factor into this situation, and what schools, if any, have this policy.

So far, I have been told that Cornell has a 90 credit limit policy.

Thanks,
Godric Gryffindor

P.S. - More information on how this question arose here: <a href="http://talk.collegeconfidential.com/transfer-students/960028-transferring-140-credits-need-advice.html%5B/url%5D">http://talk.collegeconfidential.com/transfer-students/960028-transferring-140-credits-need-advice.html</a></p>

Yale:

[Who is Eligible to Transfer? | Transfer Students | Office of Undergraduate Admissions](http://www.yale.edu/admit/other/transfer/who.html)

I don’t know how they consider dual-credit though.

I do find Yale’s policy on dual-credit while in high school, as well as credits earned during the summer right before matriculation at Yale.

So it’s definitely a good news for the OP.

Fantastic information! Thank you both for your input, though I wasn’t planning on applying to Yale. :).
