Any Schools Offer Fianancial Aid To International Student?

I'm currently a freshman at SUNY Buffalo. I'm from China. And I'm looking for better places. Do you guys know schools offer pretty good financial aid to international transfer students like me?
Thanks!!!

THANKS SOOOOOOOO MUCH!!!!!!

btw which is the best Secondary school in China?
lol........too subjective...
beijing # 4 hs or renming fuzhong? Those 2 are pretty much the only ones I know..
but i should admit your achivements on the math/sci stuff should be considered outstanding...
as I also did the high shool entrance exam in 2004, guess I am the same age as u...
you need to work on your college resume, not really your hs one..as much more weight would be put on your current performance/activities..
I am sure you will be academically outstanding, thats usually the case for a chinese student who went through the Chinese education system.
you need to work on your leaderships, or participate in some volunteer/intership/or sth that is meaningful to u.or try doing some reserach on the field of your study..

There's no point of pursuing foreign education when you can't afford it!
I have heard of many outstanding universities in PR China like Shanghai...

Thanks Dina Zhang,
"btw which is the best Secondary school in China?"
I am from #4!
Where r u now?

I am not from bj, nor am i currently in the states..

i am in vancouver, canada period

I have been in the States for nearly 1 month. And I began my semester about 20 days ago. I simply find that it is not the place for me. Most guys here are EXTREMELY ENERGETIC when they are partying around and EXTREMELY SLEEPY when they are working!!! People in the residence hall are so noisy that it becomes a luxury for me to sleep relatively early.
I prefer a place where I will be intellectually challenged. And I just want to be with those who also have drives and want to make a positive effect on the world!!!

What about MIT? They are need-blind? Or any other relatively generous?

MIT almost doesn't accept transfers.....
and they are quite stingy.

I'm pretty sure MIT accepts transfers.

Democratic voting in China? :p

"Democratic voting in China?"
What?

yeah they do, they accept no more than 10~20 each year?or even fewer

Thanks DinaZhang!
Which univ. are u in now? Are u also thinking of transfer?

Are there any relatively generous schools in addition to need-blind ones?

Does recommendation from professor, who is alumni from my prospective transfer school, help? And if I just say that I want to transfer, will he encourage me to do so and promise me a great recommendation?
