Some pretty good EC's:
-4 years of Rugby, National Champion junior year
-3 Years of Student government
-Month Long Immersion to France
-Senior Christian service trip to New Orleans
-Tons of community service, my school is really big on it.
-Great letters of Rec, Including one from a member of the 1988 Notre Dame national championship team, who is a teacher at my school
-CSF, NHS
-Hispanic Male( I've heard notre dame is somewhat starved for diversity)
-Very competitive high school, in california, which does not rank</p>
<p>With your URM status I think you have a shot and particularly so, if it turns out that you are in the 10% of your class. Your course rigor appears to be a little light, however.</p>
<p>Might look at Holy Cross-very good school near Boston. Holy Cross is similar to ND but also easier to get into.</p>
<p>What about boston college?</p>
<p>I think you have an extremely good chance. ND has to be the whitest school I’ve ever seen, so I feel like they will admit a URM with your credentials.</p>
<p>Make you you write the best essays you can and make sure you app is perfect!</p>
