Any suggestions for high school in order to get into Georgetown University and other top schools?

Hi, I am high school freshman and was wondering if anyone could give suggestions for what kind of classes/extra curriculars I should take to get into Georgetown (something in International Business). Also, just general information on getting into top schools? What do they look for?
And is it more important to be well-rounded or specialized? Right now, I am planning on taking mostly business classes.
Here is what I am most likely taking:
Sophomore year - Personal Financial Management, Marketing, Business Management, Public Speaking. Maybe Accounting in place of one of these.
Junior year - Honors International Business, SUPA Forensics (Syracuse University)
Senior year - either AP Government and Politics or AP European History. SUPA Economics (Syracuse University classes, college credits). Also, I plan on taking Peer Leadership where once a week you meet with freshmen (it is an actual class though in place of gym)
Also, some clubs I plan on taking: Student Government, Debate team, Model UN (United Nations), Global Connections Club.
GPA right now is 4.0 weighted, 3.9 not weighted. Obviously it is early in the game so the GPA is not that accurate. I have not taken SATs or ACTs yet, but let’s say I get decent scores.
I know it is not all concrete but generally, is this worthy for top schools?
Thanks!
