I need your kind guidance on choosing the accomodation to the schools we are visiting for the interview.

One night near Peddie, NJ
One night near Kent School, CT
One night near Loomis Chaffee, CT
One night near Deerfield, MA
One night near Andover, MA

I am trying to find a nearest and very affordable place to the school that we are scheduled to interview the next early morning. Two families are traveling together, so suggestions on traveling as a group or nice dining place will be very much welcomed.

Often, under the “visiting us” section of a school’s website, there will be a list of hotels. Many will have special school rates, but you have to ask about them.

Also, I recommend Priceline. We are going to Andover just for one night next Saturday, and got a very good hotel right in town for $50, including taxes, using Priceline’s “name your own price” feature.

Peddie, NJ - Not far from Princeton, Princeton downtown Naussau Inn is great. Near everything (if you also plan to visit Lawrenceville School, it’s only about 10 min drive)

Loomis Chaffee, CT - Hilton Garden Inn at Windsor.

Andover, MA - You can consider stay at their Andover Inn, it’s inside the campus and breakfast (very good) is include.

I would check out the Marriott Residence Inn chain – there are many locations in NJ, CT and MA, including one near Andover. They have very comfortable & reasonably-priced 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom suites for families. Good luck!

Hotels that are close to boarding schools often have special rates if you are visiting the school. Call the hotel directly and ask. It has worked for me.
