Any summer programs for middle schoolers?

<p>I know of someone who did something like take a test ( it might have been the SAT) and if they got a high enough score they would go to a camp at an ivy league school. Has anyone heard of this program? She apparently has done It from 7th grade (?)
Also do you guys know of any summer programs that would benefit me? Just anything. Just to get ready for high school and get used to this.</p>

<p>What are summer programs at prep schools? I've seen a tab for it on their websites but is still a bit confused. Can anybody help clarify on this?

<p>I think it could be the Johns Hopkins CTY program. If you are interested in summer programs for middle schoolers, you should look at some of the boarding school summer programs.</p>
