any thoughts?

im a junior taking 2 APs, all advanced classes and two languages.
i got 59,67,69 on my PSATs and so far my SAT scores are high 600's, low 700's. my GPA is 3.7
my grandmother, aunt, and uncle went to cornell and my aunt is very involved and says she will introduce me to the admissions people.

i have participated in a selective graduate program over the summer, layout editor of my school newspaper (2 yrs), have won a bunch of state awards in middle school, and a couple of awards/compititions at school.

do i have a chance? my college counselor who barely knows me was unsure . . .
any thoughts of what i should improve?

for the record: "my college counselor who barely knows me was unsure . . ."

when are they ever sure?

I think that since you're a triple legacy and if Cornell is your number one choice, you should apply early. Applying early will better your chances as a legacy.
