Are there any universities that provide grants for low-income students seeking a master's degree? I know the CSU system has one, but that's the only university that I've seen providing grants for graduate degrees. Anyone know of any others?

Universities which offer only up to the Masters level will often provide TA positions for their graduate students. This would cover all of your tuition expenses plus a stipend that you can live on. The tuition might in the form of a scholarship but it really doesn’t matter if all of your costs are covered.

A graduate degree in what? I attended a Master’s level university and receive a tuition waiver and a stipend like what xraymancs describes. Are you going for an MA or an MS, or a Ph.D?

Probably a MLIS, but I’m not opposed to something else either (maybe Computer Science or a teacher’s credential). I know there’s financial aid for people seeking teacher’s credentials / degrees in California. Seems like the CSU system also provides financial aid for people seeking a master’s degree if you are poverty enough (haha). Just wanted to check if any other schools outside of California (or even inside CA) did anything similar.
