<p>I came home today to find a Wellesley Course Catalog on my kitchen table. Needless to say, I was pretty ecstatic! Maybe it's because I am a "likely" candidate. Anybody else get a course catalog in the mail?</p>
<p>yep, i’m also an EE likely and i got the same thing today!</p>
<p>One quick note about the course catalog: If it says that a class “isn’t offered in 2011-2012”, that usually means that the class is offered every other year, so it’s not gone forever. :)</p>
<p>I’m a likely candidate but haven’t received anything from Wellesley so far–neither a hand-written note nor a course catalog. Perhaps it’s because I’m an international applicant from Asia?</p>
<p>I haven’t gotten anything either… and I’m in Washington State!</p>
<p>My DD (now a first year at Wellesley) was also an EE “likely” and she never got the course catalog last year, although many others did, based on their comments here at that time. Also, don’t despair if you haven’t gotten a hand-written letter yet–they are in the midst of mid-terms right now and the students that have volunteered to write the letters may have more pressing matters on their minds right now! And even Wellesley women procrastinate :-)</p>
<p>I had just been thinking that my daughter really needed course catalogs from schools to help her decide which to choose (cost being comparable) when the Wellesley catalog arrived. Very impressive course offerings. Wellesley does a great job of selling itself.</p>
<p>@shootastar - Were internationals eligible for EE? I guess the website says ‘NO’. By the way, CONGRATULATIONS!! :D</p>
<p>@Pripan: Haha thanks. I browsed through their whole website and nowhere did it say internationals were excluded from EE.</p>
