Anybody got in with 1830 SAT??

I do know a few people at Stern (from my HS) with low SATs. One had a 1870 and the other had a 1920.

I hope my 2030 keeps me in the running!!! I don't really have any completely out-of-the-ordinary other factors that might help me though...

Relieves me a bit, because my SATs are horrible, AND I am Asian. Except, I still do not high hopes. I would rather be realistic at this point in time.

I reckon you're all right. Kind of treading a fine line there, but I know people who averaged 550-600 on each section and still got in, so it's not as though you don't have a chance.

NYU uses an "holistic" review. Remember the writing section does not count as much yet so they would be looking at the Math and reading sections more. I am assuming those have 1800s SATs have high Math and Reading scores and poor writing scores.

I got into CAS.
My SAT was a 1930, SAT 30, weighted gpa of 4.001.
I wasnt in many clubs but ive been on varsity soccer for 4 years and varsity tennis for three years.
Also I only took one SAT subject test in Literature. I got a 660.

If I got in... you will be fine. That is assuming that you have good essays and short answers.
