<p>I think it is first notified by email/my admission website and then sent by snail mail. That is what UCR and UCM did</p>

<p>Friend received an acceptance envelope from UCI.</p>

<p>I was admitted on Feb 15th, but I havent received an acceptance letter by snail mail yet, but thats probably because it takes longer for internationals to get it.... But UCI does send out acceptance letters by snail mail</p>
