<p>Is anyone able to create an account for California WebGrants? The website had "Database Down" message until yesterday. Now it is up, but when I tried, it says No Record On File. It is supposed to pick up info from your submitted FAFSA and let you create an account. I was wondering, if anyone of those who have submitted FAFSA, was able to create an account or see their info on the California WebGrants website?</p>
