anyone else having trouble logging on to esther?

<p>It worked fine originally. I last logged on at the beginning of February.
However, when I tried logging in yesterday, I got the message "Your Web access has been disabled."</p>

<p>This may have happened because I entered the wrong password too many times at first, but now I'm sure I have the right password and it still isn't working (I've tried switching computers too). Is anyone else unable to log on?</p>

<p>My son mentioned to me the other day that he was having a problem getting in. I believe he said he e-mailed Rice about it and might need to set a new password. You may want to send admissions an e-mail about it.</p>
