<p>Hey for some reason I cannot create my Esther account. I clicked the link in the email, typed in my student ID and birthday, and clicked "reset". However, I kept on getting the error message saying the link is invalid.
I emailed Rice several times but their technical support is really slow at responding.
Any idea what's wrong? Thanks.</p>
<p>Rice students are on holiday - I’m not sure how much tech support is active there right now. You should try calling admissions and ask for help on Monday.</p>
