I ordered mine on the 18th and I haven’t heard anything since the initial confirmation email.
Since my free tests haven’t arrived, I bought 8 tests @$9.99 each from Walgreens. I will be reimbursed by my insurer for up to 8 tests/month so they are free to me. As a bonus, I got $11+ in Walgreen cash!

Ordered on the 18th.
Yesterday we received an email saying the tests would arrive that day by a certain time. They did! (just getting around to posting it) (Chicago suburb)
I ordered on 1/18 the free tests but nothing has been delivered. My sibs also ordered but none of us have received them. Someone else in HI posted on NextDoor they received their tests ordered 1/18.
In New England - ordered on the 18th. Haven’t heard anything except for the confirmation mail right after I ordered them.
S ordered these tests a few days before I did (don’t know how he found out about it or was proactive). He got the tests almost right away (within a week’s time).
I bought a set of 4 tests from Costco to use in case of an emergency…
I don’t see the point. If I have the virus, there’s still nothing I can do about it, except now it has a name. I’ll just call it Sally.
I did get mine! Since I whines enough I figured I’d check in and say USPS did deliver
I ordered on 1/18 & got my Roche tests today. I do want to know if I have Covid should I feel under the weather, since I don’t want to spread it to those around me.

My family’s 4 households are all in different states on the east coast. All ordered on 1/18. No one has heard or received anything since their initial confirmation email.
Slightly OT…but just got this email from Costco. I had ordered on box (5 tests)…of the FlowFlex. The original cost was $47.99 with no tax charged ( I still don’t understand why that was the case)

Does your state normally charge tax for medical items? If not, maybe that’s why Costco didn’t. That’s a nice price for the box of 5–$48 with $8 card credit (though it’s awkwardly worded). I bought my FlowFlex tests at Walgreens last night (in person) and got 12% or so back in Walgreen cash. Our state doesn’t tax drugs but taxes most other things including test kits.
Online at Costco.com, the 5-pack kit is now listed at $39.99. Sadly shipping to HI is another $8.88, which is not reimbursed so I’m glad I found the 1 test/kit FlowFlex at Walgreens last night. I’m glad the tests appear more readily available now, in any case. It used to be so hard to find any.
My daughter bought that pack yesterday and paid $39.99 or something like that.
I also receive the Costco email as did my son. He ordered the 25 pack, so he is getting $24 back. I ordered on two separate occasions for the 5 pack, so receive 2 emails for $8 for each.
How many other stores would do the same; another reason I love Costco!! Now if they would just bring Coke products back to the food court, this family would be extremely happy!

Medicare Part B will shortly cover in-home Covid tests.

You are not testing for yourself. You do the test to protect others. If I was positive I wouldn’t go see my grandchild/mother or go out in public to infect others.

The cost of the tests will be factored into next year’s premium increase?
We got ours today. They said four test kits. Well it’s just two boxes with two swabs in each.
I think that’s it….four tests…not four boxes with two tests each.
