<p>you can play the stock market with fake money. I made about 11k in a little over a weeek. You start off with a hundred thousand. Think of this as practice. Its based on the real stock market.</p>
<p>It takes too much time for research than I have.</p>

<p>I originally started at the beginning of the summer with $1000 that I had saved and now its up to $1800 and I just made at least $60 on SLR today.</p>

<p>Don't invest in individual stocks. Diversification is your friend. Passively-managed mutual funds and exchange-traded funds tend to deliver a significantly better risk-adjusted return.</p>

<p>In 7th/8th grade, my teacher set up a stock market simulator, with teams, each had 100K. The sim followed the real world, with fake money:PI invested in Ebay, did pretty good:)</p>
<p>I made 2 million on 20 million with ExxonMobil....I'm holding in hopes that it'll keep going up.</p>
<p>By the way, virtual stock exchange with marketwatch.com (<a href="http://www.vse.marketwatch.com%5B/url%5D">www.vse.marketwatch.com</a>) has a nice game...sort of like wallstreetpros.com, only you can choose who you're competing with and there's no prize money involved.</p>

<p>Go learn about the Forex market, its a whole different world. While the stock market is a measly billion dollar market, the forex is in the trillions, learn about it.</p>
