<p>So I just got an email about my cal grant from ucr finaid, and I think I need to fill this form out?
2013-14 Transfer Entitlement Cal Grant Certification Form</p>

<p>Anyone else get the email? the link that was provided in the email didnt work? Is it working for anyone else???</p>

<p>And anyone know where I am supposed to submit the form to?</p>

<p>Looks like you need to fill it out in order to receive your grant. If you have specific questions, call FinAid at (951) 827-3878, but it looks like pretty standard procedure.</p>

<p>Read the bottom of the second page in the form I linked; the address is there, and all other submission info. </p>
