I eat a lot of fruit, be it fresh, frozen, canned, or juice. Apples are good for you, but a lot of people don’t like eating apples. I suggest trying different fruits and seeing what you like. I’m particularly fond of fresh apricots, but they are highly seasonal unless you want to pay a lot for them. Eating fruit isn’t going to magically keep you out of the doctor’s office, but it helps. I’ve heard that you should eat fruits from all the different fruit colors (white, yellow, blue, green, pink/red). Try to pick fruits that are available inexpensively all year 'round like bananas, apples, oranges, peaches, and pears.

Bananas are good for you because they have lots of potassium.

I’ve heard strawberries and blueberries are also good. (I think they have iron and antioxidants, respectively, but I’m not sure. Does anyone know?)

Citrus fruits (like oranges, lemons, and limes) are good. I’ve heard grapefruits are super-healthy.

Don’t forget vegetables, too. Green beans, spinach, carrots…

For a lazyass to remain thin and lazy, the lazyass should aim for foods that are easy to eat, and yet are still low-calorie and very filling. Apples are PERFECT.

Favorite fruit is mangos. You don’t get much out of them because of the hugeseed in the middle but good none the less.

I also like clementines they are very easy to peel and don’t have all that excess white skin covering them like oranges and are sweet and juicy. I stay away from apples and peaches cause they are supposedly the two most covered in pesticides. Freshly cut pineapple and honeydew when they are in season is a great snack too.

Kiwis are fun to eat. I like to cut them in half and then use a spoon to scoop out the meat out of the skin. A very good technique.

I pretty much like all fruit except if they are a lot of seeds. I had raspberry pie once that my dad bought from an omish market. It still had seeds in it and I felt like I was eating gravel. It was horrible I won’t eat a raspberry pie ever again.
