Anyone from texas? International student

<p>Hi i'm an international student planning on applying to a community college in texas (dallas/plano area). Here's a list i came up with so far:</p>

<ol>
<li>Collin College (plano)</li>
<li>El Centro college(dallas)</li>
<li>Northlake college(mesquite)</li>
</ol>

<p>Anyone else going to these colleges?</p>

<p>i plan to transfer to a 4 year college later.
Just want to ask how are these colleges? Any idea? Are the people friendly?
Btw most of these colleges offer 'ASSOCIATE OF APPLIED SCIENCE' degree and not an AS degree :s can i transfer to a 4 year college with that? I plan to major in computer science.</p>

<p>Oh thats great. So any idea how’s Collin College? I’m actually leaning towards it because they offer an AS degree aswell.</p>

<p>It’s a nice campus. They’ve recently remodeled it, so it should be great.</p>
