Hi!
I was just wondering if there are some other students on this forum who are going to take the Subject Test German with listening. How do you guys prepare? It pretty sucks, the grammar is killing me. But stay positive!
As for the listening part, what do you guys do to practice?

Thanks,
Steven

I'm going to take it too. My advice is just to review all your grammar tables with adjectives, verbs, prepositions and so on. Practice your German by reading online newspaper articles and watch some German movies and television. Then you'll be all set...

Nachrichten - Schlagzeilen - n-tv der Nachrichtensender - n-tv.de

This is a great news network with livestream coverage of the German news. It's an excellent aid to German studies.

Hope that helps!

I'm thinking about taking it as well. I'm not sure how well I'll do, I'm in German 4 (our school does not have an AP course) - however, my teacher doesn't "teach" us like the spanish and french classes. We mostly watch german series, answer questions (my listening is really good), and occasionally do some grammar. I took the AATG Level 3 last year...and I got a 97%. Any advise on whether to take it or not?
