More than 8% were not released. I think it has to do with essay grading discreptancies. If you essay score was within 1 point you got your score. If they had to re-grade, I think that you have to wait the extra week.

gigante....how does this explain the many posters including myself who have said that their whole school (mostly...except people who went to different testing centers) haven't gotten their scores? it is utterly improbable for allll those people to have essay problems from the same school, don't you think?

I don't know any other explanation though, I have been trying to figure it out. Any other logical explanation? About 1/5 of the people who took at mine got their results, I did not, and they didn't have them when I called.

There's probably more than one reason for the delay. Cheating and essay score discrepancies are a few possibilities. Some testing centers might've not finished having their tests scored.

I really wish the CB would be more helpful in explaining the delay. It's so ambiguous about the whole thing.

Yeah, I think they owe the students and explanation. I really wouldn't care if they told us, but the fact that they don't sucks.

I called in and asked. The person said that if it's an entire test center who didn't get their scores, it is more likely a test security issue. Essay scoring has been completed. The majority - perhaps the 92% mentioned earlier - have been reported.

What are the chances we get them back saturday?

It is most definitely a regional issue. Essay discrepancies would not account for much because it only happens with a small percentage, less than 10%, it does not take long to grade the essays, and that would not explain the 2-5% of scores recieved at a given school, as noted by a previous poster. I highly doubt it is an issue of test security. Gigante, why are you so bent on criticizing everything?

I am sure you guys have the percentages reversed. The proper proportion is 92:8 or 11.5:1.

The proper date I am sure is April 18, according to the front page. The April 16 date from the view my scores menu, is probably a typo. I doubt they do anything on Saturdays.

No one knows anything for now. I wouldn't get my hopes up for Saturday. Monday morning is the most probable.

CB sucks..........

Well, I have called them 3 times in the last 4 days and all have told me that over 50% did not get their scores, but none gave me an exact number, just their own opinion.

Oh I thought it was only 8% that didn't get it. I think it was a small percent, according to their website.

They wouldn't publicly say that more than half did not get their scores, they would look bad.

They already look bad, does anyone know any specific reasons? I mean I called and they kind of alluded to the essay thing but they didn't exactly say.

They actually gave me the status of my stuff 4 days ago and it had not been scored. Yesterday I was up to scored, but still in authentication process.
They score on Wednesdays and Fridays is what I was told.
