Just wondering if anyone got one in the mail or knew when we we'll be getting them. Maybe some EAers could help out.

I got my EA acceptance package a 2 or 3 weeks after my online decision. I was a bit disappointed with the packages too, because they only have a poster, letter, and sticker, if I remember correctly.

Didn't get anything from either Penn or Yale (although the reject letter from Princeton, and the wait-list letter from Harvard came)

I got my EA acceptance package two days after decisions were released online.

I want my package now!!!

I came home today, and there were four big, fat envelopes rubber-banded together in my mailbox. Each of these four colleges sent SOOOOO much stuff; it felt like I was already there. Housing info, curriculum info, letters from all these people, booklets.... but none from Yale. For some reason, I was under the impression that I would get a T-shirt from Yale....

Yale sent us accepted EA'ers shirts several weeks later. They sent us an email saying to email back our names if we would like shirts, so it's not automatic, and I don't think it will be with your acceptance letter.

Congratulations, by the way!

suburbian, what were those colleges?

And is Yale your #1 choice? Congrats man!

mmmm.sorry...HOW EXACTLY DO YOU GET SHIRTS???? I WANT IT NOW!!!)))
really got my decision online - no letter yet - but how do you get the shirt??? that's the question...

Read my above post.

well i did thanx. the thing is - do you have to wait for that special letter? hmmm.... CAN'T WAIT THAT LONG:)

If they decide to mail out shirts to RD acceptees, they'll email you about it in a few weeks. If you can't wait that long, buy your own shirt from www.boolaboola.com, www.ivysport.com, or another site.

thanx))) .

lol they better give us a free shirt!

RD typically has a lower yield than EA, so its prolly in their advantage to do so anyways. hehe

hehe. Yale freebies? yay

I would be very surprised if they didn't send you a shirt. You can expect a decal with the shirt, too, but it's a small, boring one (a bulldog leaning on the word YALE)...I'm buying a different one.

btw saw the golden Yale buttons... mmmmm

whats that elberet?

They give you T-Shirts at Bulldog Days, although I would still reccomend visiting another time if you want an accurate representation of Yale. If you know for sure you want to go to Yale, however, and you just want to party and get drunk then by all means come to Bulldog Days.

haha, can't do that - mom's coming with me...:p

Sounds fun.
