<p>soo last year… my friend go his packet from UCSD within a week. He was accepted on the 7th and received the packet on the 14th. They are taking forever this time!</p>

<p>They put it in a “Big envelope” because of the cultural association with big envelopes equaling acceptance. But there is really no need for it.It was just one single letter. There are no need for the forms anymore because everything is done online.</p>
