Has anyone received the Admit Packet in the mail yet?

I got accepted by UCSD and found out online, and they said that an Admit Packet is on the way... but its been about a week since I got accepted and still not mail!

BTW im an international applicant.

No, and I live in CA.

It will take a few weeks.

Nope… I haven’t gotten mine yet either :/

I got accepted a week or two ago, but no admit package.

Anyone have any ideas on dorms etc.?

@tornados: I just know that for dorms, it’s best to submit the application as soon as possible. It’s not a binding contract, so even if you don’t decide to go to UCSD, there’s no penalty. I would suggest submitting the form right away though because if you DO decide to go to UCSD, then you will have a higher chance of getting the dorm you want.

I havent gotten a package either and Im from Orange County, not too far away from SD. I think they’ll send it late March/April.

I got a postcard but no packet yet. Live in LA county.

I live near Los Angeles and I’ve gotten nothing so far. I got stuff from the other UCs I’ve been accepted to almost the day after decisions went up online.

No package here yet, either.

@tornados - definitely log into your account and submit your housing application asap.

I have been checking the mailbox compulsively for the past week. And there’s nothing. :(

No, my S has received nothing yet from UCSD. He has, however, received the welcome packet from UCLA. Both these schools announced their decisions within days of each other, too.

Only thing I got was the little postcard inviting me to the regents scholars’ reception.

@arzachel
when did you get the postcard?

I got a postcard inviting me to the regents scholars reception as well, but no admit packet yet. Can the admit packet be found online though?

Yeah. If you log into TritonLink and scroll down, there’s a button that says something like View Admission Details. The admit packet is there as a PDF.

@samedifference…thanks for that info! Good to know, going there right now.
