<p>Cornell is very strict in terms of its polcies with net IDs. The Cornell email address does more than just send email -- it is the gateway to all of the personal information of a Cornell student. I would say your chance of getting someone's email address just so you can join the Cornell network on facebook is none. And if anyone gives it to you, they don't belong at Cornell. :-P</p>

<p>journey495: haha, no im not going to use their email. I just need them to click the "confirmation link" that facebook sends us. That'll be it. Then I'll check the account settings on facebook to make sure that all notifications get sent to MY email and not theirs.</p>
