Yes, my kids, teens to young adults. Their prescriptions are simple, and they are harder on their glasses so the easy return/replace policy and lower cost of Warby’s works better for them than for me. They also like the more fashion forward choices there.
I guess I have a different view because I have a Warby Parker store near me, they make adjustments, they got my progressive prescription right, the glasses have worn well, and I like their choices. But I’m not a kid.
BTW, I also have a narrow face and it was helpful to me that their collection includes narrower frames as well as regular frames.
It is true that they do have frames clearly marked as Narrow, which helps a lot. I still didn’t find many options that fit my face, though. I do think having a WP store makes a big difference for those of us lucky enough to have that!
Sounds like an expensive face to fit.
For what it’s worth, I have a progressive prescription and have been wearing glasses from Warby Parker for the past 5 years with no problems. I finally hit a wall when the optician wanted to charge me $550 for a pair of glasses and when I balked, suddenly they were $425 (and this was after my optical insurance partial coverage). My Warbys were $350 and I was able to get partial reimbursement from my insurance company so I totally refuse to go back to private opticians who assure me that their products are superior. They are not.
