Anyone hear from their local Princeton Club about a reception?

<p>Hey Princeton class of 2010! Have any of you heard about your local alumni club of Princeton holding a reception for the new class of 2010? My local club is the Princeton club of Central Florida and I have heard nothing. How about you? Anyone located around me club?</p>

<p>There's one in Los Angeles on April 30, and there was one for ED admits in February. There will also be a going away party for us in August. :p</p>

<p>There's a meeting in Houston on the 12th, at Rice University.</p>

<p>It's ironic, because I got into Rice, and I'm using their lobby to get more acquainted with another university. XD</p>

<p>I've got one on Tuesday for all 15 (!) admits from WA.</p>

<p>Dinner at faculty club (Rice) is very nice.....try to guess the age of the MC.....also remember, this is the only free thing you will get from Princeton.</p>

<p>yeah, there's definitely not one where I live. I think my interviewer was the only Princetonian in <em>several</em> counties around here. :T</p>

<p>mightychip...I'm actually from the Ft. Lauderdale area (Archbishop McCarthy), but as long as you're from the tricounty area, it really doesn't matter. soFla is so different, so it's nice to know that someone can relate. One of my friends also got in, but I don't think she's accepting. Other than that, I don't know of anyone else!</p>

<p>I got in ED, and I have heard nothing. I would have thought Princeton S. Florida was a big thing?????</p>
