<p>I've been cheering all high school and I'm pretty good. If I go to Nova I defintely want to cheer for their basketball teammm and I was wondering what are the requirements for the team? I'm not a flyer so if it's coed I can consider myself counted out I guess.</p>

<p>i actually have no idea. ive also cheered all of high school and was kind of considering college cheering. check their website maybe? im sure if youre not already a flyer they would teach you to be one. im not one either but i guess if you really wanted to be on the team you could learn. im guessing theres tumbling requirements too, probably standing tuck or something</p>
<p>ya i have pretty good tumbling everything but a full at this point, thats what id hope would get me on the team and i'm a very solid base too but none of this matters if its all coed =( booo coed.</p>
<p>but if youre considering college cheer DEFINITELY do it, at a couple of the colleges i visited i went to some cheer practices and it was AWESOME the girls were so fun and the stunts you can do in college are so much more challenging. and youll get to meet people right off the bat which is helpful. </p>
<p>where are you applying? ive pretty much stalked almost all college cheer programs of the places im applying so maybe i could tell you about some =)</p>
<p>I was actually wondering about Nova cheer too! I've cheered on varsity all 4 years in high school and am currently captain, but am not quite sure if I want to keep cheering or not.</p>

<p>They probably have a pretty good team bec. their basketball team is really good so the cheerleaders would be on TV etc (as shallow as that sounds!).</p>
