<p>I got a good scholarship, but I don't know if I can go until I get my financial aid--does anyone know when we'll know?</p>
<p>I called admissions last week, and they told me that all financial aid assistance was going to be coming in throughout the week :]</p>
<p>I called the financial aid office today. They said next week (they’re aiming for Monday) the financial aid letters would get mailed. When I asked why so late, she said because they’re truly need blind in admissions. The financial aid office doesn’t get the students names until all the acceptance letters are sent. That was kinda cool, but it is hard to make a decision with only half the information!</p>
<p>Whoa…that’s really late. Whitman isn’t really putting itself in an advantage releasing everything a week or two after everyone else. :/</p>

<p>I called and got essentially the same answer. I have a sense that their endowment may have taken a big hit. Hopefully, we will all know by mid week next week.</p>
