I'm so anxious! Anyone know the notification date?

They will send notification letters on April 1

That's the earliest we find out?

Do they do any sort of rolling before April 1?

Last year I got my letter on March 19th

Decisions will be online by March 13th. You will get the letters depending where you live after the 14th.

Oh wow! Awesome! Right around my birthday! It will be an awesome gift, or a not so awesome one... Lol.

Yeah... same here with birthdates. That's either going to be a great birthday gift for me or a terrible one.

Wait, newhere, how do you know that decisions will be available online for viewing on March 13? Is this explicitly stated somewhere, or is this just something done in the past?

Newhere - or is this like the unreliable info you posted about the merit Scholars program?

Why don’t you check last year and years before threads? I can’t remember the dates but they must be someone around mid March; I think newhere is right, she knows everything about these things (must be a mom with experience ;))

I just checked, last year was March 15th.

they're guaranteed to come out by April 1, but ^^^ I guess they usually come out before

Last year RD came out March 15 online. However, some students will find out earlier either because of scholarships and/or being invited to celebrations weekend, which is where minority students are invited to come to campus for a weekend. It is one of the largest events on campus with many organizations involved. Usually people who are invited to the event will find out at the end of february as this is when the invitations are sent out. If you are invited...COME!!!!! It will be one of the best experiences you will have!!!!!

Mid March-for sure!

No.....if it's March 15th, it could be the best or worst birthday ever.

that's how mine turned out last year...

So could it be a sign of acceptance if the university is sending letters reminding us to send in financial aid documents ?

Afraid not. Their turnaround for financial aid is very tight, and they need the data in ahead of time. Now if they contacted you individually to ask about it, then maybe, but even then I doubt it.

doesn't every RD applicant get that letter? It basically reminds the student about submitting financial related documents.
