Anyone like to give me ideas what schools to look into?

Seems that ccco2018 does nothing but spout dreck. :-/

I’d look at Sewanee and Washington and Lee Universities and Centre College too. They are lower-key than most of the schools recommended but academically solid. However, Sewanee and Centre don’t meet 100% of financial need.

@‌ I’m a girl. Kinda good but by no means great. I said D2 would probably work though I do think I would be near the back.

Track:
800 usually 2:39-2:42 PR 2:36
1600 usu. 5:48-5:53 PR 5:38
32:00 usu. 12:35 ish PR 12:14

XC my state does 4K for girls I’m usually low 17s begining of season, low to mid 16s at end of season. PR 15:20 but idk that was like a one time thing.

Not expecting to get scholarship for it but I love running and want to do it to have fun and make friends (that doesn’t mean I don’t want to work hard and get better just that I’m doing it for enjoyment.
If you have any tips or stuff about running in college, let me know.

You could look into Reed but they do not have NCAA sports. They do however have an active running community and an open Facebook page called Reed College Runners. Great school for science but culturally not for everyone so you would definitely need to visit.

In New England, might look at Holy Cross, Bowdoin, and Tufts.

Its funny how someones opinion is a considered “BS”, “LOUSY” and “DRECK” but yours are valid based on? I always knew wisdom had nothing to do with age. Some of you just made that stats.
And these are the same people giving advice to a HS senior?
If I was OP, I would think twice!!!

@intparent‌, Do you have anything better to do than ■■■■■ around CC commenting on my post? Seriously you need some self-assessment intparent.

@Exodius‌, I will take that as a compliment, because I have better things to do. I am sure calling you out on your ■■■■■ on alumni ranking gave you sleepless nights, that you had to follow-me around. Its my pleasure.

SMH.

Just to add on this,
@ Exodius; when you were accepted to Columbia and had doubts about think “if NOT applying to Yale or Chicago was a mistake,” you came on CC and ask for others opinion on that issue. Good or bad, you received them, even with some of the name callings. So why all of a sudden, someone’s else opinion on issues that are not yours becomes “Sprouting Dreck”? Seems like you are not doing any different than what some did on your request.
The opinions I share are mine, and my experiences on the subject. Take it or leave it.
Words mean nothing if you can not back it up with actions.
