<p>One of my friends got in Stanford wait list last year; she received a call in early June.</p>
<p>My daughter called the admissions office last week. She was told that they would in fact be going to their waitlist and that applicants would be notified by early to mid-June. The person she spoke to did not know the number of students who would be admitted from the waitlist.</p>
