Anyone want mint new Kaplan SAT books? Same books as $1000 course...

Hi, I'm new to the forum... So if I'm breaking any rules please let me know. I understand some may be suspicious of a first-poster posting this, but I'm a nice and honest person. Thanks.

I'm a college student going to University of Cincinnati. A friend of mine gave me three Kaplan SAT prep books during our senior year in high school, last year. He took the Kaplan SAT course, which costs about $1000. On accident he was given double the books. In the course you are given three books. These are the same three books. They are the 2008 edition, but the new editions rarely make major changes. I have not used them, neither has my friend. They are mint, new. The books are:

The Lesson Book
The Purple Book of Practice SATs
The New SAT: Raise Your Score (Even More) Handbook

I can't post pics since [IMG] code has been disabled on this forum, well, at least for me.
But if you would like pics you can leave your email. Obviously, if you are going to do so please put spaces or % in it so it won't be picked up by a spam bot. I'll remove them and send you pics via email.

I am asking for best offers. Again, I'm not sure if you are allowed to sell things here, but:

I could use the money

I can't bear to see these useful books go unused

I'm a UC Young American for Liberty. Please, we can help each other out. I already have someone local who's offered me $x00. The best, highest offer will obviously win. Thanks.

Here are some pics.

^^Lol, of course you’re not allowed to sell things here. What did you think this was… Craigslist? But then again, I don’t follow all the rules either, haha.

ha, yeah… but I don’t know what other forum to go to. Please, if you’re interested… if ANYONE is interested, let me know and send me an email. Thanks!

Asking $200 :</p>

you are ridiculous if you think prep books are worth that much. These are normal prep books. Google them – you can literally buy each book for less than $5 on sites like Amazon…just throw them away

S h i t, I’m sorry guys. I’m being honest I had no idea… Should have looked it up before. I just figured since it was from a private course it should be expensive, idk.

Posting revoked. Thanks.

And no, I won’t throw them away, I’ll recycle them.

Could a Mod please close this mistake thread? Honest mistake. Sorry. Thanks.

or you could just sell them to the person who offered you $x00…eh i don’t know, it’s up to you

Thanks lol That person turned out to be yet another scammer.

But I found someone else who needed the books for his niece and I got $40 for all three of them! Take that half price books (they were offering $3).

Anyways, I’m sorry for the confusion before guys, I was in no way trying to scam, I hate scammers and would never do anything like that to another person. Just didn’t do my homework lol, I usually do. Sorry for any trouble. I got my $40 and I’m happy :), not just because of the money, but because I can rest knowing someone will actually get some use out of them.
