I've decided to follow through with Nebraska. I just feel comfortable at Nebraska compared to Iowa. Reasons I'm staying:

Housing, there is no way I'm giving up a super double for a dorm with 9 other guys.

Financial aid is slighty better at Nebraska

It's IOWA

While they drink at Nebraska, Iowa is at a whole new level.

Iowa is over rated.

I can eat all I want during the day at Nebraska, not limited to only eating 3 times a day.

Lincoln is better than Iowa City

Nebraska football is better.

Well I'm glad. I love Lincoln so much that it brings a smile to my face just to drive into the city down 180 and onto 9th street. I'm crashing on a friend's couch tonight and I had an awesome time on O street tonight.

While I don't know about the dorm situation, and I haven't spoken to you specifically about fraternity life (which I would highly reccomend), I can't fault you for going with a variety of reasons. (especially the "it's IOWA" reason that's hilarious...you're wise beyond your years my son). And especiall in the coming years NU football is going to be great...start cheering for Steve Octavian NOW (#15, linebacker...going to be absolutely sick next year)

Names you need to know for NU football history - find video footage if you can.

Johnny Rodgers
Turner Gill
Mike Rozier
Tommie Frazier
Terrell Farley

Start looking at Huskerpedia.com regularly - lots of great history.

yeah, absolutely, but any video footage of those three doesn't compare to the five I listed before. Although Rich Glover was a mean, mean, mean man.
