AP Bio and AP Chem - at the same time?

I'm planning on taking both of them next year (Junior year)
Do you think I'm making the wrong choice? Would it be too hard and time-consuming?

I'm also taking APUSH and French Honors..
should i drop one of the sciences?

advice would be appreciated. thanks :)

No! Don't drop! I took both together, and it was totally worth it. I love science though, so unless you like these subjects, you won't enjoy taking both at once. I took APUSH and Honors French that year too. Not hard. I slept at maybe 12 am every night. I would say that that's pretty good.

Don't drop. I took 3 AP sciences together and self-studied the other. It's fine.

Bio and chem would be good together.

I'm taking AP Bio and AP Physics B, but only because I really hate chem (I'll still take AP Chem, but senior year because I'll get accepted to a college before AP scores are released, lol).

Thanks everyone :)
Hopefully you guys are average students like me.. not geniuses who can handle tons of APs

I guess no sleep for me next year

You should definitely take it. That way, you'll learn about the importance of a good work ethic in the future.

I'm doing that next year (senior year) + Physics. My junior and senior course loads are definitely flip flopped of what they should be. :(

Take them together! That's what i did last year and it actually helps because the two courses share some of the same topics.

Thanks for the advice :)
But after thinking about it for a long time, I decided not to do it

why, it might be good if you do it, esp if you want to consider a top school...3 ap's would be better than 2...also, would help if you're consideringa science major eventually

if you wanna die...go ahead! More power to ya.

no, really, if you really, really, really, really wanna take 2 Science AP's in your Junior year, go for it.

I took AP Bio AP Chem and APES. They complemented each other pretty well.

I think you can handle it. And, as others have mentioned, many Chem concepts will help you a LOT in Bio!

Some people asked me why I chose not to do it.. and:

I'm not considering a science major
(I'm leaning more towards Social Sciences/Humanities)

I'll be too busy with activities next year (Just like everyone else, but I don't think I can handle everything)
