Next year i am going to be a junior and wanted to take My AP Sciences next year so that i can retain most it together ? Also i am very interested in science and was wondering if i can or should do this? Before i was going to take AP statistics next year in place of one of the AP's but decided not to?
What do you guys think?

do chem and physics next year. save bio if you want to take it too.

thanks any more opinions…please
bump

I actually faced the same situation last year (I’m a junior now.) I decided to take AP Chem and Pre-AP Phys this year and save AP Bio for next year, and I’m really glad I made the decision. From what I’ve heard from current AP Bio students who took AP Chem last year, there is some overlap between the two, but it really is easier and more helpful to have seen that material before rather than concurrently. And AP Chem and Pre-AP Phys have plenty of overlap, mainly with the math involved, which I had no problem learning at the same time. I highly recommend doing what I did and taking AP Chem and Pre-AP Phys now, saving AP Bio for later. Just don’t take all three at the same time - that would destroy you.

I am taking AP Bio this year and I am taking AP Physics and AP Chem next year. I am glad I am doing it this way. AP Bio covers A TON of stuff, so I think it would be hard to do along side another science AP. I have already taken a year of Physics and Chem and think they would go well together in a year, especially since they are both more math based than AP Bio. Taking all three at once would be crazy. So I would recommend to take AP Chem and Pre AP Physics one year and AP Bio another (whatever order you want, I don’t think the order really matters.) Good luck in your decision!

I took AP Chem as a Sophomore and am taking Physics, Bio, and EnviroSci as a Junior.

IF it comes down to it, take Chem and Physics in the same year. The Thermo and the Nuclear both overlap. It’s a small thing for each, but better than nothing, eh?

Thanks everyone for their responses , I will just take Pre-AP Phys and AP Chem next year and take AP Bio the following year after that.
