AP BIO or AP PHYSICS B

im going to be a junior next year and my schedule will look somthing like this...

I have 2 questions.

Is it possible to get all A's?

AP BIO or AP Physics B? I want to go into the medical field so obv people are going to go with bio but is ap physics easier? I know that bio is a ton of memorization.

Schedule:

AP CALC AB (sem. 1)
AP CALC BC (sem. 2)
AP BIO or AP Physics
AP BIO or AP Physics (both classes are yearlong)
AP COMP GOV (easier ap class I think)
AP US GOV and POL (easier ap class)
AP PSYCH (easiest ap class in our school)
H english 3

yes.

AP Physics is considered to be harder than AP Biology. Take AP Biology, if you want to major in med. If you want to be an engineer, take ap physics

I agree with the above poster. There will be some physics on the MCAT, but not that much and plus AP Biology is WAY easier than AP Physics. AP Physics C to be specific is usually for students who are interested in engineering.

Well at my school AP Physics B is considered to be an easier class than AP Bio- it’s offered to Juniors and AP Bio is only offered to seniors. AP Physics C is offered to seniors and is considered to be harder than Physics B and even Bio- however this varies from school to school. And if you are considering doing medicine then BIO is a better choice. Just because Physics is considered easier does not mean it is right for you- unless of course the interest is greater. If you take one this year and one senior you will have two excellent classes on your resume. As for recieving all A’s, it depends on the student and how you manage your other classes and extra curriculars- I know this is hardly helpful but with hard work it should be manageable and within reach.

thanks for the advice everyone…I do plan on taking both AP Bio and Physics before I graduate.

stop making these threads
