**AP Biology 2011 CRAM Thread**

^I asked my teacher, and he says you only need to know the basic kingdoms. you don’t need to go really specific on phyla, just be able to recognize that a specific phyla belongs to which kingdom.

sweet. thanks! that just saved me like an hour tonight…

Oh my god. I pray that there is no FRQ on recombinant DNA technology. It is hard to describe everything without being overly generic.

u hav to know the characteristics of the phyla. sometimes they give characteristics of them and u hav to choose which phyla or animal it is.

Which systems do you think will be the most important to know? As in will appear on the test for sure, haha. Nervous? Digestive? Immune?

And I got an 81/100 on our bio final, which is apparently a practice test that CB gave to AP Biology teachers this year. Is that okay-ish? That means I just need around 50% on free response, right?

I think nervous and immune are more likely than digestive, but you never know.

If you had a question about plants on free response along the lines of what is below, how would you respond in a few sentences?

How are male and female gametophytes formed in angiosperms? When during development is each formed? Do animals generate their germline at a similar stage of development as plants? Explain.

Good god, I missed the cram discussion.

AGH.

To everyone, good luck. :)
