AP Biology as a Sophomore

Currently I am a freshman taking Accelerated Chemistry. I do not find the course particularly difficult, as I blow it off and still manage A's. Next year I will be taking AP Calculus BC as my only other AP class. The traiditional path in my school also means that I will take AP Physics next year. However, I wanted to do some labratory research the summer afterwards at a university, so I was thinking I'd take AP Bio as a sophomore instead of AP Physics, since my course load isn't too challenging. Is AP Biology too hard to manage if I focus all my time on it? Any good suggestions for how I could self study over the summer?

I took honors bio (but it is the same teacher who teaches AP) and it was pretty challenging. Calculus isnt time consuming outside of school, so you really shouldnt have all that much to do outside of school if you do choose AP bio.

Did you take alg 1 in 5th grade? that is like the only way it is possible, unless you skipped classes.

If you mean physics C, that is harder, IMO, than AP Bio. If you mean AP Physics 1 or 2, Bio is harder. Either way, it’s manageable.
